how to order:
1. fill out the form down below, i usually reply within 1-3 days
2. after a short discussion about your order, if i accept it i will send you a paypal invoice.
3. once i have received the payment i will start working on your order.
4. i can send you a WIP (work in progress) if you want, please provide feedback to me.

terms of service
payment
1. I'm not responsible for any mistakes that are made on your part over the course of the transaction.
2. Accepting payments via paypal in EUR € only.
3. Full upfront payment is required before commission starts. No exceptions unless otherwise discussed.
4. The payment includes paypal fees.
5. If payment is not made in a timely manner (7 days) after I've placed the invoice, the commission will be cancelled.Refunds
1. Refunds will be made in full if the order has not been started.
2. Once I start creating there will be NO REFUNDS.
3. If I cancel a project, I will reimburse the lost fees and refund 100%.Chargeback
1. You are NOT authorized to issue a chargeback for any reason.
2. If for any reason your PayPal account malfunctions or authorizes a refund request without your knowledge, you must contact me as soon as possible in order to resolve the issue.
3. You are required to contact me when you need to cancel a commission request.important notes
I will offer minimal revisions up to a week of completion for free.
While working on a order, larger revisions are charged extra.
I will not change completely a completed commission unless payment is received for a second order.
I do not draw if you want custom art ex. logo, chibi, character - you must provide it.
All items are for personal use only, not to be sold, shared or distributed.
I reserve the right to refuse your order.
